We can trace this coffee to about 2,000 smallholder farmers, grown at altitudes of around 1,500m aMSL Ripe cherries are carefully selected by hand by farmers, after which the are brought to a washing station, pulped, and fermented at the mill. The beans are then dried on raised African beds and meticulously hand-picked, ensuring that only the finest coffee makes it to your cup. |
