This red bourbon varietal comes from Mushonyi washing station, grown at altitudes over 1,600m aMSL. The coffee is sourced from approx. 1,000 smallholder farmers and is wet-processed to produce a complex, silky, floral coffee that will leave you wanting more.
The slopes of Mount Kenya in the central highlands feature high altitude coffees that are highly sought after. The rich, volcanic soils consistently produce some of the finest coffees in the world, characterised by their silky, sweet and complex profiles.
Traceable to just over 2,000 smallholder farmers just north of Bujumbura in Kayanza province, we bring you a fully washed coffee that is grown at 1,500m aMSL. Ripe cherries are carefully hand-selected before being wet-processed and dried on raised African beds to bring out the sweet, complex notes in this bourbon variety.
From the banks of the mighty Awash River comes this exquisite natural process coffee from the Yirgacheffe region in Gedeo Zone, Ethiopia. With the Awash River serving as a rich source of crisp, clean water, and the combination of high altitude fertile soils and abundant sunshine, Yirgacheffe boasts some of the most sought-after coffees anywhere in the world.
